Dju Su, a form of Chinese self-defense, the art of empty hands. This style, like many other Asian martial arts, has its origins in Kung Fu.
In contrast to traditional Chinese styles, Ju Su is an open system that continues to evolve. It is a soft style. It is directed against typical attacks such as choking, kicking, and striking, and is used to defend against weapons.
Dju Su features a wide variety of techniques, using throwing, kicking, striking, and locking techniques at all distances. The most important thing here is that the defender can parry or evade an attack with as little force as possible to protect themselves. Since there are no restrictions, Dju Su is an excellent system for self-defense.
Traditional forms such as katas are not part of this style. In weapon defense, only the use of contemporary weapons (short sticks, kubotans, improvised weapons, and knives) is practiced, as the focus is on self-defense.
